We also have complaints procedure and welcome your input on our service delivery. Your calls will always be dealt with professionally, courteously and as quickly as possible.
We will meet our commitments unless unforeseen circumstances beyond our control prevent us meeting those commitments and we will do our best at the earliest opportunity to inform our Clients of our inability to meet our commitments.
When an Application is made by the Client it will be confirmed by Telephone, Digitally, Electronically or Written at the Client’s preference and upon accepting the Application Confirmation by whatever means the Client Agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
Offers apply only at Featured locations. One voucher per customer. All other storage policies apply as normal.
Our Server generates each winner randomly. Only genuine customers will be entitled to claim a prize.
Anyone with links to the self-storage industry either directly or indirectly is prohibited from entering.Winners will be notified using the details submitted.
The Managing Directors for comparethestorage.com decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
CompareTheStorage.com is committed to giving you the best possible products, prices and service. Should any product purchased from CompareTheStorage.com found to be faulty, damaged in transit, or differing from the description given at the CompareTheStorage.com Website then we will be pleased to arrange to either refund or replace the product at the discretion of the Client. All claims must be notified by E-Mail to CompareTheStorage.com within 21 days of delivery of the service. Your credit card will be credited within 10 working days of the sucessful claim. CompareTheStorage.com reserves the right to charge an uplift fee to cover the cost of employing a courier company to collect the item from the Client. In cases where an entire order is cancelled, we reserve the right to retain the cost of the administration. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Right to Cancel - "Cooling Off Period" You have the right to change your mind and cancel an order within 7 working days of placing the order. This is known as a "Cooling Off Period". If you wish to cancel within the 7 working days you must inform CompareTheStorage.com by E-Mail. CompareTheStorage.com, we will refund the charges in full providing the service remains unused. In cases where the Client is either unable or unwilling to arrange return carriage, CompareTheStorage.com reserves the right to charge an uplift fee to cover the cost of employing an administrator.
CompareTheStorage.com will not refund the cost of any services that have already been received by the client.
CompareTheStorage.com is committed to maintaining high standards of Client service including our sales administration, and the handling of any Client concerns or complaints.

How we will handle each complaint: CompareTheStorage.com promises to handle each complaint effectively in a prompt, courteous and fair manner and make every reasonable attempt to rectify the problem to the complainant’s satisfaction and to use what we have learned to reduce the likelihood of recurrence.
When a complaint is lodged a complaint number will be issued if the problem cannot be resolved within the same working day. This number will then be quoted in all correspondence thereafter until the complaint is resolved. Wherever possible, a single-person contact at CompareTheStorage.com will be given to provide continuity throughout the process.
Timescale for resolving complaints: We promise to acknowledge your complaint within 2 working day of receiving the telephone, fax or email complaint. We aim to resolve all product complaints within 5 working days and other complaints within a maximum of 15 working days.
